PlanIt Emails & event reminders (Premium)

Availability: Premium — Event start reminders (email and optional Twilio SMS) are configured under Events → Settings. Do not commit real Twilio or gateway secrets to demo sites. Availability: Premium — PlanIt → Emails stores customizable templates (rich text). Saving uses sanitization appropriate for HTML email bodies.

Events → Emails centralizes templates that use the block editor / rich text controls.

Event start reminders (email) and optional Twilio SMS live under Events → Settings once Premium is licensed. Opt-in and phone collection tie into RSVP flows; SMS uses separate Twilio credentials—never ship real secrets in demo exports.

How to try it

• Edit a template on the Emails screen, save, and confirm sanitization matches expectations.
• Enable reminders in Settings with a safe offset, RSVP to the lunch event with a test mail + optional phone, then run the reminder sweep or wait for WP-Cron/Action Scheduler.
